To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Get Deezel Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation personal injury, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Get Deezel Inc.’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the app exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to use the app.
